Program Manager Caroline Parker provides project management and oversight for a federally funded multi-site evaluation of a housing intervention for people living with HIV. Caroline assists with the creation of the evaluation plan and data collection instruments, provides sites with evaluation technical assistance, and manages the Institutional Review Board process across 10 sites.
As a research assistant for the Catalyst Center (the National Technical Assistance Center for Health Care Financing and Coverage for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs), Caroline provided technical assistance to state Title V Maternal and Child Health Programs, created policy briefs and other policy resources, and managed communications. In 2023, she was promoted to program manager and began working on the SURE Housing Initiative, a multi-site evaluation of a housing intervention for people living with HIV.
Previously, Caroline worked in the fields of suicide prevention, community mental health, and survivor advocacy.
Caroline holds a Master of Public Health in community assessment, program design, implementation, and evaluation from Boston University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Occidental College.
