I leverage data, creativity, and strategy to develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement, enhance conversion, and strengthen brand awareness. 

As a marketing assistant, Eugenia Tseng collaborates with the Marketing and Communications team to generate back-end data reports, revamp the website, manage social media channels, optimize SEO, and develop a comprehensive strategic plan. With expertise in both marketing and data analytics, she turns data insights into actionable strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.

Before joining the Center for Innovation in Social Work & Health, Eugenia worked at Nestlé Purina in Taiwan, where she refined her skills in maintaining a consistent brand presence and organizing pet fairs. Building on her previous experience, she excels at systematically identifying audience needs through structured approaches.

Eugenia holds a Master of Business Administration from National Taipei University. She is further specializing in the field of data analytics by pursuing a Master of Science in applied business analytics at Boston University.
