Dr. Joseph Rhatigan is Chief of the Division of Global Health Equity at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he holds the Paul Farmer Endowed Chair in Global Health Equity. His work examines the delivery of health services in low-resource settings through case studies. He co-directs Harvard’s summer intensive program in Global Health Delivery, and serves as steering committee chair for the Paul Farmer Collaborative, a joint education and research initiative between HMS and The University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda.
