Human Rights & Social Justice
We believe that every person is entitled to dignity, equality, connection, and prosperity.
We advance human rights and social justice so that every person can live with autonomy, respect, and shared prosperity. Through our research, co-learning labs, and community-building efforts, we address systemic inequities, promote freedom, and celebrate inclusive communities.
It calls for amplifying the voices of those most affected by injustice—marginalized and historically excluded groups, including Black and Brown communities, LGBTQ+ people, immigrants, individuals with disabilities, and low-income communities—while holding systems accountable to their promises of equality.
This work tackles income inequality, racial discrimination, barriers to education, affordable housing, accessible health care, and the protection of civil liberties. It manifests in community-driven initiatives like research on sexual violence and tailored HIV care for LGBTQ+ survivors, culturally responsive programs co-created with refugee and immigrant leaders, and Medicaid navigation support that ensures disability justice and economic inclusion for families of children with special healthcare needs.
Efforts grounded in human rights and social justice also prioritize global solidarity, recognizing that injustice anywhere threatens justice everywhere. Our pursuit of justice is not just about responding to the needs of today, but is focused on reshaping the systems and institutions that dictate the possibilities of tomorrow. Guided by intersectional data, human-centered design, and cross-sector leadership development, we advance human rights and social justice to transform lives and ensure that everyone has the freedom and opportunity to thrive.
