Global Social Work & Public Health Lab
Cultivating global partnerships to transform health and well-being.

We build on decades of experience cultivating global partnerships to foster co-learning, capacity building, and policy interventions for effective and sustainable health and mental health care delivery systems.
The Global Social Work & Public Health Lab fosters international collaboration, advances community-driven solutions, and integrates evidence-based practice into policy-making to shape a just and inclusive global health landscape.Through this lab, we strengthen social protection systems, improve access to quality care, and reduce health disparities in multiple locations around the world.
We produce rigorous, action-oriented research, provide technical assistance to governments and local practitioners, and influence policies that promote justice. Our work simultaneously strengthens frontline practice alongside structural reform, whether we’re building the capacity of local practitioners to deliver trauma-informed care, providing services to meet the needs of older adults, or supporting policy and finance reform at the government level.
