National Care Coordination Academy Recording: March 10, 2021

After this session, participants will have an expanded understanding of ways to engage with their state Medicaid Programs, have an understanding of the role of a Medicaid Medical Director (MMD) and best ways to collaborate with their state’s MMD to approve and/or improve and sustain care coordination programs, and understand the ways Medicaid programs track service use and quality after a service has begun.
